Wrap around care
Breakfast club is based in the hall and drop-off is at the big glass doors at the front of the school (into the Atrium). The after-school club is based in our nursery room 'Little Stars' to the rear of the school. We sometimes use other rooms in the school such as the main hall for specific activities and have access to the large playground and our expansive fields.
All our staff are first aid trained and hold Safeguarding, Prevent and FGM Certification.
Breakfast Club
Open from 7:45am – 8:40am
Children are given a choice of cereals and toast. Parents/carers are responsible for informing the club of any dietary requirements in the registration pack. After the children have eaten, they can get involved in several activities.
These include:
- Board games
- Lego or construction
- Books
- Drawing, arts and crafts
At the end of the session, the children are escorted to their relevant classrooms.
After School Club
Open from the end of the school day until 5:45 pm.
Short - 3:15 pm until 4:30 pm with a snack and a drink
Long - 3:15 pm until 5:45 pm with a cooked meal
On entering, the children are marked in on the register and then free to partake in activities.
Typical activities are:
- Art and crafts
- Team games
- Computing
- Reading area
- Lego and construction
- Board games
- Roleplay
- Small world
- Jigsaws/puzzles
- Outside activities/sports/OPAL

To register your child at breakfast club and after school club please ring the school office on 01452 840240, and they will ensure the correct paperwork comes home with your child.
