Welcome to Little Stars Pre-School at Staunton and Corse Academy
We are based within Staunton and Corse Academy and offer sessions for children aged 2 to 4 years. We are open term time only between the hours of 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday, with the option of a pre booked breakfast club from 8am.
At Little Stars we aim to provide high quality care and education for children, whilst working in partnership with parents/carers to help children learn and develop using the Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS).
We provide stimulating and engaging activities and resources based on our children's interests and next steps. We have our own outdoor space that we make great use of in all weathers, and we benefit from the school's extensive grounds including a climbing frame, forest school and orchard.
Little Stars welcomes outside providers weekly for dance and music sessions, alongside a weekly PE session in the school hall.
Our base within the academy means our children benefit from the close links we have built with the staff - this includes transition days, story times and engaging with reception teachers creating familiarity. This ensures a seamless transition from our Pre-School in to Reception.
We accept 2 year old funding, 15 and 30 hour funding subject to session availability.
